The St. Charles Avenue Athletic Club Indoor Group Training System uses primal movement: running, jumping, throwing, and lifting to transform your body. The St. Charles Avenue Athletic Club Indoor Group Training features a range of instructors as they outline our ideal, efficient, intense, flexible, affordable and totally effective workout sessions.
You may start the four week / four days per week (112 opportunities to participate) program at any time. The sooner the better!! Each session is one hour of full body conditioning. And don’t forget that you can try a session of the SCAAC Indoor Group Training for free at any time.
